Your Daily 5 requires an account. Your reflections are private to your account — we don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
You can sign up with email/password or with Google. We store your email address and authentication details through our authentication provider. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your email and basic profile info (name, avatar) from Google — nothing else. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the section at the bottom of this page.
Your check-ins are synced to our secure backend so you can access your history across devices. Your entries are private to your account — no other user can read them.
Your Daily 5+ subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment information directly. We keep a record of your subscription status (active, canceled, renewal date) so we know what features to unlock for your account.
You can turn reminders and monthly reports off at any time from the app. We don't send marketing emails.
These providers only receive what they need to do their job. We do not share your check-ins with anyone.
Messages you send through the in-app feedback form are stored so we can respond and improve the app. If you're signed in, your email is attached so we can reply.
To remove local data, clear this site's storage from your browser settings. To permanently delete your account and everything synced to our backend, use the section below.
Permanently remove your account and all synced check-ins, reflections, and reports. This can't be undone.
Your Daily 5 is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Your Daily 5 is a self-reflection tool, not medical advice, a diagnostic, or a treatment product. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
