Your Daily 5 is designed to keep your reflections yours. You can use the app without an account and everything stays on your device. If you create an account, we store your email and (for Your Daily 5+ subscribers) your check-ins so they sync across your devices. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
If you sign up, we store your email address and authentication details (handled by our auth provider). You can sign in with email/password or with Google. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us through the feedback form.
On the free plan, check-ins live only in your browser's local storage on this device. On Your Daily 5+, your check-ins are also synced to our secure database so you can access your full history across devices. Your entries are only visible to you.
Your Daily 5+ subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment information directly. We keep a record of your subscription status (active, canceled, renewal date) so we know what features to unlock.
If you enable a daily reminder, notifications are scheduled by your browser or device locally. *Note: this feature is accessible via desktop at this time - we are working on making it mobile friendly.
To remove local data, clear this site's storage from your browser settings. To delete a Your Daily 5+ account and any synced check-ins, contact us via the feedback form and we'll remove your record from our database.
Messages you send through the in-app feedback form are stored so we can respond and improve the app.
